Social Tennis runs every Tuesday and Sunday!

Please Note: Social tennis at QTC will return on 17 February 2026 due to Pro Tour events being held at the centre.
In the meantime, keep playing at Southside Racquet Club with Monday night social — no bookings required!

Haven’t picked up a racquet in a while? Social tennis is a great way to ease yourself back into tennis. Shake off that rust and hone in your tennis skills in a fun, social environment.

Registrations for social tennis are ONLY available via the QTC App or Membership Portal (you do not need to have a club membership to access the portal or the app), find out more here. Please contact us if you are having trouble activating your account.

Our Social Tennis is commitment-free, so you do not have to sign up for a whole season! Simply pay per session you attend. The program runs from 7:00-10PM on Tuesday nights and from 3-7PM on Sundays – please note that due to high levels of attendance, we recommend arriving 10-15 mins early to get on court quicker.

It is mostly doubles matchplay with 30 min rounds. You are welcome to bring a playing partner or attend individually, we will organise a group for you. Groups are arranged based on playing ability, so our program is suitable for all levels of tennis! Just let our staff know if you are a beginner/intermediate/advanced player to be categorised accordingly.

Tuesday Night Social Tennis

7:00pm – 10:00pm 

Open to ages 17+ and all standards, get on court in a non-committal format where you experience playing doubles against people of a similar playing standard in a fun and social environment. One of our staff members will be there across the night to organise matches for everyone!

Sunday Afternoon Social Tennis

3:00pm – 6:00pm

Join us for a Sunday session of tennis.  Play singles or mixed doubles in a fun, social environment. Open to all standards. Ages 17+.

Pricing

  • Club Members: $20.00
  • Casual Players: $22.00
