In an effort to keep our community safe and help stop the spread of COVID-19, we have made the decision to close the venue temporarily.

Refunds and Payment Suspensions   

Gold and Gold+ Memberships – 
Direct Debit Members – Your Direct Debits will now be suspended indefinitely until we re-open. Once opened, we will communicate your next direct debit date with you. 
Upfront Members Your membership will be extended upon re-opening for the same amount of days as the closure.

Lessons/Fixtures/Holiday Program Payments- 
Direct Debit – If you have paid for your lessons/fixtures via direct debit, your direct debits will be suspended from now and you will be refunded the pro-rated equivalent of fees for programs cancelled from 26/03/2020.
Upfront payments – If you paid Upfront for your termly lessons/fixtures, the pro-rated amount from the 26/03/2020 will be refunded to you.   

Court Bookings – Any upfront payments for court bookings after midday on 26/03/2020 will be refunded.

Staff will be in contact with you if you are entitled to a refund. 
Refunds can only be provided over the phone to a valid credit/debit card. 
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to clear. 
If you would prefer to keep your pro-rated amount as a credit on your account to use for future enrolments, please let us know at the time we contact you.  This credit will not expire.
